We use a small set of vendors to run the platform. Each is contractually bound to confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations. We publish categories and purposes here; the named list is available to business customers on request at legal@plexaai.app.
Categories
- Cloud hosting, managed database and object storage — running the application and storing your workspace.
- Model inference and media generation providers — producing answers, images and video for your requests.
- Search and retrieval providers — fetching live web results for research features.
- Payment processing — subscriptions, invoices and contracts.
- Transactional email delivery — account, billing and security notifications.
- Error monitoring and product analytics — reliability and performance measurement.
Change notice
Business customers may subscribe to change notifications by emailing legal@plexaai.app. We give reasonable notice before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data.
