Refund & Billing Policy

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the current period, and no further charges are made.

Refunds

Consumed credits are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a paid feature was unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact support@plexaai.app within 14 days and we will refund the affected amount or issue credits.

Where local consumer law grants a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies and overrides this section.

Compute reservations and contracts

Dedicated node reservations may include a minimum term (for example a multi-year contract) and a reservation key. Those commitments, cancellation windows and early-termination fees are stated in the contract you accept at booking and are not covered by the standard refund window.

Failed payments and disputes

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Persistent failure may lead to downgrade or suspension. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — disputes filed without contact may result in account suspension while we investigate.

Taxes and invoices

Prices exclude VAT/GST unless shown otherwise. Invoices are available in-app and can be exported as PDF.
