Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

• Illegal activity, or facilitating it, including fraud, trafficking, and the sale of regulated goods without authorisation.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualisation of minors. We report such activity to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or explicit content depicting real identifiable people.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
• Violence and weapons: instructions for weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear harm.
• Malware, ransomware, exploit development for unauthorised access, credential stuffing, or attacks on any system.
• Deceptive impersonation, voice or likeness cloning without consent, and coordinated political manipulation or disinformation campaigns.
• Automated abuse: quota circumvention, credential sharing at scale, scraping, or reselling raw model access.
• High-risk unsupervised use: medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, employment, credit, housing or law-enforcement decisions without qualified human review.
• Infringing intellectual property or violating another person's privacy rights.

Transparency obligations

If you publish AI-generated content publicly, disclose it where a reasonable person would otherwise be misled — especially for synthetic audio, video or photorealistic imagery of people.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, limit features, remove content, suspend or terminate the account, and where required report to authorities. We may act without prior notice for severe violations.
