We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the Plexa AI web app and installed mobile experience, and we treat accessibility bugs as product bugs.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus states and semantic landmarks.
- Screen-reader labels on interactive controls and live regions for streaming responses.
- Adjustable font scale, reduced-motion support, high-contrast themes and 44px+ touch targets on mobile.
- Automated accessibility checks in our test suite.
Known gaps
Some data-dense admin views and charts are still being improved for screen readers. Text alternatives are provided where possible.
